Recently, Weihua's 2,000-ton rail-mounted gantry crane was successfully delivered at Lufeng Offshore Engineering Base, the largest offshore wind power home port in China. It is a new record of Weihua Crane for offshore wind power project. The vigorous development of the offshore wind power industry has promoted the transformation of the local energy structure to low-carbon, green and clean, and contributed to the realization of the goal of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality.
Relying on the industry-leading R&D strength and innovation ability, Weihua developed the 2000t rail-mounted gantry crane for the first time in the complex working conditions of the project. This port gantry crane is designed with a double-trolley with a total lifting height of 90m and a span of 62m. The AWS standard is adopted in the production, which can ensure that the hoisting heavy objects can be safely lowered to the ground under extreme conditions, realize the zero-speed braking of each mechanism, reduce the load caused by the impact to zero, ensure the stability of the operating mechanism and the hoisting mechanism, and meet the equipment requirements and installation accuracy requirements.
In view of the special working conditions and requirements of offshore wind power equipment, the 2000t rail-mounted gantry crane is also equipped with an industry-leading 5G data information management system for crane management and safety monitoring, which can realize overall data statistics, real-time monitoring of product working conditions, historical data query, and product failure, quick repairs, predictive maintenance of equipment, and etc.
The engineering (dock) project of Lufeng Offshore Engineering Base is located in Jieshi Town, Lufeng City, Shanwei City, Guangdong Province. The total investment of the project is about 750 million yuan. It is planned to build 2 docks and 1 breakwater. There are 1 heavy-duty berth and 1 operation and maintenance berth respectively. The total length of the breakwater is 1,355 meters. After the completion of the wharf, the designed annual throughput capacity is 1.444 million tons. It is an important supporting project of Shanwei Lufeng Offshore Engineering Base.
Shanwei Lufeng Offshore Engineering Base is a key project in Guangdong Province. The project covers an area of about 149 hectares, with a total construction area of about 320,000 square meters and a sea area of about 45 hectares. It is planned and designed according to the annual average capacity of 750,000 kilowatts. It is currently the largest Offshore wind power home port in China.
